Welcome to Donostia-San Sebastián and welcome to Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour, the best way to discover the gems of San Sebastián.

Our bus and train route will take you around the must-see areas of this beautiful city, where the sea and the mountains are always a few steps away. San Sebastián boasts a great quality of life, world-famous gastronomy, beautiful architecture inspired by the French Belle Epoque at the end of the 19th century, as well as numerous gardens, parks, beaches and lively avenues. The tour on the Sightseeing Train lasts approximately 40 minutes and the Sightseeing Bus tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

Bus tour service and schedule

Low season: Departures at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 1:30PM, 3.3PM and 4:30PM.

  • From January 1st to 6th.
  • From January 11th to March 10th: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Except February 20th.
  • From November 4th to 17th: daily except November 10th.
  • From November 22nd to December 15th: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Except November 24th.
  • From December 20th to 31st: daily except December 22nd.

Medium season: Daily departures at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 1:30PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM and 5:30PM.

  • From March 15th to April 12th.
  • From April 24th to June 30th.
  • From October 1st to November 3rd.

High season: Daily departures at 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:00PM, 12:30PM, 01:00PM, 01:30PM, 03:00PM, 04:00PM, 05:00PM, 06:00PM and 07:00PM.

  • From April 13th to 23rd.
  • From July 1st to 31st.
  • From September 1st to 30th.

Extra season: Daily departures at 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:00PM, 12:30PM, 01:00PM, 01:30PM, 03:00PM, 04:00PM, 05:00PM, 06:00PM, 07:00PM and 08:00PM.

Tourist train service and schedule

Low season: Departures every hour on selected days from 11.00AM to 06:00PM.

  • From January 1st to 6th: daily.
  • From January 12th to March 10th: Saturdays and Sundays.
  • From November 4th to 17th: daily.
  • From November 23rd to December 15th: Saturdays and Sundays.
  • From December 20th to 31st: daily.

Medium season: Departures every hour from 11.00AM to 07:00PM

  • From March 15th to April 12th.
  • From April 24th to June 30th.
  • From October 1st to November 3rd.

High season: Daily departures every 30 minutes from 10:30AM to 08:00PM.

  • From April 13th to 23rd.
  • From July 1st to September 30th.

Our double decker buses

Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour boasts a fleet of buses designed expressly for urban guided sightseeing tours. They travel at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. Our buses have a canopy in case of rainpanoramic windows that provide easy visibility for all passengers and TFT screens with information about different places on the tour. 

The bus offers an individual multilingual audio guide in 8 languages: Basque, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Russian and Chinese.  

Each of our buses has the capacity for 67 people and a space adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Our tourist train

The vehicle, an articulated train with two carriages, has screens in case of rainpanoramic roofs in all carriages provide easy visibility for all passengers and TFT screens with information about different places on the tour and the various excursions that you can purchase from our Donostia-San Sebastián City Tour office. 

It travels at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. Our train has the capacity for 54 people and a space adapted for people with reduced mobility.
